We would love to chat with you or enjoy some sweet tea in the sunshine- but we know you’re busy.  So we wanted to try to answer your questions here.  If you don’t find the answer send us an email, call us, or give us a shout on whatever social media platform you fancy and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

Do you do wholesale screen printing?

We most certainly do!  Give us a call and we can discuss the specifics.

What is the standard screen size?

At Marked Ink, our standard screen size is 14”x17”.

Do you have to have artwork?

You don’t!  We have graphic designers on site and they are happy to assist you.

But, I already have artwork- how do I get the files ready for you?

Please send files over to us in the size that you want them printed.  In order for files to be ready to create a screen we need files with 300 dpi and above as a vector file, or a PSD, .TIF, .EPS, .AI, .PDF, and .JPG. We are not able to begin your order until we have approved artwork and apparel.

What will my final price be?

If you are working within a specific budget, please let us know and we can do our best to provide you with an all inclusive price.  Otherwise, our screen fees are $10/screen.

But I needed my shirts yesterday? Or faster than your standard turnaround time?

Don’t fret!  Give us a call.  If we can help you out- we most certainly will!  (And we will let you know what all it entails!)

I want one t shirt? Can you help me?

We certainly have folks we can direct you to if you need one shirt.  Here at Marked Ink our minimum order is 12 per design.  That said, as with most things in life the more you print the better your price!

Can I mix and match shirt & ink colors?

Heck yeah!  Shirt styles are fine as long as the ink color stays the same.  Additional fees apply for ink changes and we require 12 shirts with the same color ink.

I'm forgot to order a shirt for my coach/boss/best friend/mother in law, oh no! What do I do?

We recommend always ordering a few extras- it makes it easier on everyone.  But, if you didn’t and it is within three days of your order delivery we can print it for you.  There is a potential fee for extra shipping, etc.  But we will go over all of that with you and outline those costs prior to doing any additional prints.

Do I need to pay for my shirts now?

Y’all we’re Texans.  And we do have partners that we work with on a spit and a handshake (payment after completion).  But if this is our first rodeo – Yes, your payment must be received before your order is printed. Because again, we’re Texans.

Can you (who knows what- but it ain’t listed here)?

Possibly?  We’re a pretty creative and flexible bunch.  Give us a call, shoot us a text, send a carrier pigeon, and we’ll figure it out!
